Taking the course for credit?*
Tuition Fees

No tuition fee for academic participants (students, postdocs, professors) and $2500 for non-academic participants. The course can also be taken for official University of Ottawa credit by paying additionally the tuition fees corresponding to your situation (canadian or foreign fees).

Payment instructions will be given upon acceptance to the school.

Important Dates

February 15^th, 2019:	Application deadline (including letter of recommendation)
February 29^th, 2019:	Notification of acceptance to the program and level of financial support
March 10^rd, 2019:	Confirmation of acceptance by the participant

Accommodation

Accommodation will be available at the 90 University (90U) Residence of the University of Ottawa, a few minutes' walk from the lecture hall and computer laboratories, cafeterias and downtown Ottawa with its restaurants, museums etc... Accommodation consists of a single room (with desk and internet access), with communal kitchen and living area and shared bathroom. We will inform you of the cost shortly.

As soon as possible after notification of acceptance, participants can reserve their accommodation online at congres@uottawa.ca or by phoning 613-562-5800 ext 5771. Financial arrangements can be made with the staff at Congress and Reservations.
